The Woods Apartments

Me & my husband moved into this beautiful community just 2 months ago and we couldn’t be more thankful for the great location which is beautiful in nature and convenient with so many grocery/food/shopping options. The whole community is so well maintained by the hard working team. And Gia, the manager has to be one of the sweetest and kindest person ever. She has been very welcoming and helpful to us since day 1. We recently had a bad situation with an old couch but had to dispose it because we couldn’t bring it into the apartment as it had already damaged some walls near the laundry room and the hallway. Gia and the maintenance team were prompt to help us discard it immediately with no charge. I mean who does that, in today’s world. Beyond grateful to call The Woods our home.

I've enjoyed living at The Woods almost four years now. The buildings and grounds are impeccably maintained by caring and dedicated staff. Any rare maintenance concerns are quickly, efficiently and successfully addressed. Gia is a treasure and a valuable part of The Woods staff who somehow can and does multitask more than anyone I know. I'm sure you would be more than happy living at The Woods. I highly recommend it.

I have been a resident here at The Woods at Brunswick for almost 6 months now and I am beyond happy. It is an absolutely beutiful community. The grounds are kept impeccable. There are 4 young men that work diligently to maintain the grounds and flower beds. They keep up with the leaves all fall long and since spring has hit I see them on their hands and knees cleaning out all the flower beds. In the winter these 4 young mean along with Paul and Drew work endlessly keep the the roads and side walks clear of snow and ice....I even saw on young man scraping the ice off the side walks and aroung the garage so no one would slip and fall. Bertha keeps the apartment building spotless and it always smells so clean when she is done. It is so nice to walk into a clean, fresh smelling building. I haven't had many maintence issues but the few that I have had Paul and Drew were right on it the morning after I sent the maintience request. One Sunday I had a problem with my front door locking. I put in a call to maintence and Paul was at my apartment an hour after I called to take care of the lock....and that was on a Sunday no less! Now that is what I call service. Gia has been exceptional! From helping my husband and I to get all the necessary paper work together...to signing the lease. Gia then met us on a Saturday evening so that we could move in to our apartment. We had just driven 24 hours from Florida and we wanted to get settled into the apartment that evening. Gia took time out of her personal time to meet us at the apartment. I am very happy to call The Woods at Brunswick my home. Keep up the amazing work and please know that it doesn't go unnoticed!

Very late review but still leaving one 😂 this community was the first apartment community I lived in upon graduating from RPI back in 2017 until summer 2019. I lived in both building types (the one with stainless steel appliances and the other with normal appliances). Both apartments were very spacious. The community was also very well maintained and the pool was nice to enjoy during the season it was open. The property manager, Gia, was an absolute gem of a person and very accommodating. Can't complain much about noise, except with the occasional shouting of my upstairs neighbor towards his cat, but it wasn't bothersome. I would highly recommend living here!

Great development. I've lived in one of the older buildings for about 5 years and don't have any real complaints. Personally I'd say the area itself is the best part. The development is quiet, nice to walk around, has well-spaced out buildings, and has a surprising amount of wildlife (including deer, plenty of birds, and chipmunks). Also -- despite the fact that you get the feeling you're in the middle of a park -- the development is literally within walking distance of Walmart, which is extremely convenient. As far as the apartment itself, I live in one of the cheaper/older buildings (there are newer ones with different floorplans) and it's been good. Appliances are decent, windows are pretty big, and central heating/AC is great. My upstairs neighbor's floor does creak, but I'm on the bottom floor & the soundproofing is good otherwise. Some apartments also have really nice views (unfortunately mine does not, though my cat enjoys watching the birds). It's been a while since I was apartment hunting in the area, but I've also been satisfied with the price vs quality. Finally, as others have mentioned, Gia is a wonderful property manager and all of my interactions with her have been great. I'm currently in the process of moving to Seattle and she's been very accommodating in terms of lease extensions and such. The maintenance teams are also great and you'll usually see them around keeping the landscaping in good shape.
