The Apex at Crossgates

The Apex at Crossgates is in a convenient location, with easy access to everything in the Albany area! The staff are very friendly and the amenities are great! I would highly recommend!

We lived at the Apex at Crossgates for over a year, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was top-notch, and the excellent amenities significantly enhanced our overall living experience. The management team (Ashton, Calan, and Michael) is the best we have ever encountered. They are truly exceptional: professional, responsive, and always kind. You can tell they genuinely care about maintaining a welcoming and well-run community. The maintenance team is also fantastic. Requests were handled quickly and efficiently, keeping everything in excellent condition. I highly recommend it!

I am writing this in hopes of helping other people who are searching for an apartment. I lived in my home for 26 years and loved it, but unfortunately the care, stairs, and outside work became too much. I looked at 7 apartment complexes in Albany, Slingerlands, and Guilderland. All couldn’t compare to the Apex at Crossgates. It is new, clean, beautiful inside and out and full of great amenities, but the most important thing is that I felt that I had been here for a lifetime! The people who make the difference in the office to name a few are Ashton, Michael, Calan, all have become family to me. They are always ready to help me with anything I may need. Mike in maintenance is always there to fix any little thing I may need fixing! He’s so polite and quick it is a huge help. It is very seldom to leave a home you love but, only in a few weeks it made me feel safe, comfortable and at home. Can’t say enough!

We recently moved into The Apex at Crossgates Apartments, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were impressed by the beautifully landscaped grounds and the welcoming atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly friendly and responsive. They made the application process smooth and were always available to answer our questions. The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out for their quick response times; any minor issues we’ve encountered have been resolved within a day. Our apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The modern appliances and ample storage space have made settling in a breeze. I particularly enjoy the large windows that let in plenty of natural light, giving the space a warm and inviting feel. The amenities are top-notch. We love the fitness center, which is well-maintained and rarely crowded. The pool area is another highlight; it’s a great spot to relax on weekends. Location-wise, The Apex at Crossgates is perfect. It’s close to shopping centers, parks, and public transportation, making it convenient for commuting and running errands. Overall, we highly recommend The Apex at Crossgates Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant living space. It truly feels like home!

Being one of the first residents to have moved into a newly built modern aesthetic apartment and being on the top floor (5th floor), we have come across a lot of minor issues. Management and Maintenance have been patient, responsive and quick to resolve most issues. The management team (Ashton, Calan and Mike) also offer their residents many events to participate in, to bring the community together. (Petting zoo’s, Dinner Parties, Garden Parties etc) Apex offers many amenities (Outdoor pool, fire pit & grills, indoor gym, virtual games, etc) and is conveniently located between downtown for work and a short drive for many parks and recreational spots to go for quiet hikes and take in the beautiful sights NYS has to offer. The apartment itself is fairly large and has a unique layout, providing you the opportunity to make the place your own special cozy home.
