Moved in during the winter. Enjoying it thus far. Cheryl in the office was super understanding and kind during move in. Recommended. Great staff and quiet

We lived in Fenimore Trace Apartments for 3 years, never been late on rent, never made an issue of anything. We had to pay $900.00 total to detail our cars due to all the sap trees in the parking lot never made a fuss. A few weeks ago we vacated the apartment and they kept our security deposit because of what they said was a bleach stain on the bedroom and living room rug. Which would cost $929.14 dollars to replace. I have videos that I made prior to vacating the apartment and the only discoloration was where we walked daily and where the furnitures were placed. The least they could have done was insert the picture of the so called bleach stain so we could have seen it. Why are you guys so comfortable taking advantage of hard working people? We serve a God that is just!

Although I have my own issue with management , I have to be honest and acknowledge The tremendous people who work here. They are simply amazing . Friendly , knowledgeable , approachable and very very hard working . They are Nate , Jasmin and Jacob .. and of course The amazing office Manager Cheryl . For the folks who run the place and tend to the tenants never ending needs I give 5 stars !
