College Suites at Hudson Valley

I have mixed feelings about this place. It does have amenities like the gym and free parking, the location is convenient, and the rooms are spacious. However, there is a strange smell to the apartment. My unit alone has a smell we haven't been able to get rid of since we moved in! The stairs haven't been clean for the few months I have been here and the carpets have a lot of stains. Additionally, there are no cleaning supplies in the gym. Should also make note that laundry is $2.50 per machine used, so it costs $5 per load wash and dry, which surprised me at first because it's not something they really share on their website. Last thing, the elevators haven't been working for weeks! I worry that move out will be a struggle without any working elevators and it also makes doing laundry a hassle. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place for people with accessibility or allergy issues. But if you're looking for a somewhat decent price and don't mind these issues, then I would say it's okay.

Really happy with my time at College Suites at Hudson Valley! Management and maintenance are super responsive whenever an issue comes up, which makes a huge difference. The floor plans are spacious and the amenities are updated, plus parking is free, and all amenities are included except for laundry, which is a nice bonus. The community is quiet too, which I really appreciate. Location is a big win; you’re close to pretty much everything you’d need.

Erin is the most amazing Manager we have met. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Helpful is an understatement.in addition, Selena who works with Erin has also been incredible She is smart, kind and helpful as well. What a great team managing a wonderful place for students to live!

Hudson Valley College Suites is a great housing option! The apartments are clean and well-kept, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. There are awesome amenities like a small gym, computer room, and interactive activities that cater to a variety of interests. The staff are attentive and helpful. Highly recommended the HVCS!

Went on a tour with my cousin who is looking to live the Suites in the fall. The building is so nice and has such a cool and relaxing vibe. The staff was 10/10. They answered all of my cousin's questions, invited her to an upcoming event and the tour guide brought us into speak with the Property managers so we could ask them any questions we had forgot to ask on the tour. The managers were super friendly and fun and I know my cousin is in good hands!
