This is my first time doing any type of apartment hunting alone and honestly my experience has been nothing but amazing. I signed the lease early and recently saw the unit with Mya. I loved her energy and she gave me great recommendations from personal experience. The leasing manager Deandre also did a phenomenal job at answering my multitude of questions. I love the environment Block 75 provides and ai can’t wait to move into my new home :)

I Went on a tour with a couple of friends and had a great experience. The property was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, answered all of our questions, and made the tour enjoyable. Definitely one of the best apartments we’ve visited! Also, shoutout to the person that gave us a tour I forgot his name.

I had a great experience touring this apartment! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The leasing agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Block 75 is by far the most affordable and comfortable living here in Albany. I have been with them since 2022 when i first moved here and despite any inconveniences they have always been a great at attending to them. The staff here is not only accommodating but very nice as well and make you feel welcomed. Every year it is hard for me to move because i genuinely love it here and don’t plan on moving elsewhere !
