Maintenance crew is very good always there for work orders and very friendly, Carrieanne that works in the rental office is a great worker and goes above and beyond to help tenants such a happy atmosphere when she's in the office. The apartments are well kept and very big and love the school district.

1800$ a month, but you get a free HOA with your purchase - no flowers, because they might attract animals (outside btw), nothing allowed on your porch, these people are ridiculous. They throw away children's bikes and personal property from tenants, but will literally walk over garbage and leave it there for weeks. If you're an adult that would like to live as an adult, and not as the owners extended children, don't live here.

I wrote an inquiry card last night about moving back in. The only reason we moved out a few years ago was our old bones were challenged by the stairs and we hoped a first floor was open. Huge places, great location, diversity welcome, wonderful staff.

I've lived here for years and it's been a great place to call home. The area is super convenient, with grocery stores and shops nearby, and parking has never been an issue. The building is well-managed—any issues are resolved quickly—and the management is always helpful and professional. The neighbors are friendly, and I've always felt safe and comfortable here
