Wonderful experience renting with Cambridge Prime while attending law school! The property managers are the best—so friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I absolutely loved my apartment, especially its beautiful pre-war character, thoughtfully complemented by modern updates. I also really appreciated how Cambridge Prime helped foster a strong sense of community among residents through activities like building mixers and trick-or-treating on Halloween. I’m so glad I got to live here!

Ten plus years in, I still feel good about living in a Cambridge Prime property. They are responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. When something needs attention, they handle it quickly. There is also a genuine sense that they care about the people who live here, and that has meant a lot over time.

I have lived in one of Cambridge Prime’s buildings for over 7 years. The personal community vibe they have created is so wonderful. Incredibly attentive to every need I asked for a new kitchen floor and came home to a new kitchen once.
