I had two issues to address and the two gentleman that came to work on the problems, were kind and helpful. I liked that they explained why I was having the issues I was having and fixed the problems quickly.

Living experience here is as bad as it can get. We had to deal with a lot of rats in the house and pest control was ineffective. Management is not helpful and sends construction crew every other day without asking for unwarranted renovation

I have had my worst experience living here. It was almost uninhabitable. They started renovation of the entire apartment after leasing the apartment to us. The renovation lasted for 4 months of the 12 months we lived in the apartment. With workers coming in and fixing everything that was never broken. The apartment was almost everytime left it a mess and a pile of dirt, which eventually caused a roommate asthmatic symptoms. Their response to all this was, not allowing us to break our lease, and asking us to pay through the entire lease agreement. We have had numerous rat issues for almost half the year, and none of our requests were catered to. The workers who came in to remove heater vents which were working great, change fully functioning windows, replacing air conditioners which working amazingly, and painting the room, when we were living there, also ended up breaking stuff in the apartment.
