This property is managed by Fineberg Co, and primarily leased to students of NEU, BU, MIT, etc. Dealt with Fineberg for leasing property for a colleague, and trust me, it is a hassle: - Policies are not properly explained: In case of any issue, they quote a previously undisclosed policy of theirs to rule in their favor, or to least concern for themselves - Queries and requests for information are not properly responded to, but handled with exasperation, no matter how pertinent - Once lease is signed and money transferred to their account, they are less courteous and very abrupt in conversation - Any assurances given orally, are not kept In short, lease at your own risk.
