You’ll be living 15 minutes’ walk from classes at University of Tennessee, and there’s a bus that stops a couple of minutes’ from your door that’ll take you to class in 10 minutes. Cycle around the city, go for walks by the Tennessee River, or hop in your car and take day trips to explore further afield. Arrange a weekend break with friends in Nashville, which is two-and-a-half hours’ drive from Knoxville.
When you get home you can throw your clothes on to wash using the washer and dryer in your apartment while you get on with making a snack. In the kitchen you’ll find time-saving appliances like a microwave and dishwasher, so it won’t take long to make a meal. Take a seat at the dining table or slouch on the sofa and watch TV as you eat. There’s high-speed internet, as well as community-wide WI-Fi, so you can stay connected wherever you are.
When you need to study, the computer lab is open round the clock - so you can pull an all-nighter when your assignment is due. Catch up on rest back in your room. There’s plenty of storage space to keep all your things in order so whether you’ve gone for a one-, two- or four-bedroom apartment you’ll never feel cramped.
When you’re not studying you can use the fitness center to keep in shape, or chill out in the resident common area. You won’t have to worry about a thing with community assistants, courtesy officers and the round-the-clock maintenance management team available if you need them.
