I stayed here summer 2018 and wish I had just forked up the extra money to stay at an Airbnb Pros Price: Relatively cheap compared to Airbnb or other options I found when looking for a summer sublet. Cons Safety: I made a verbal maintenance request that my apartment door would not lock. They never came by to fix my door. On top of that, the gates were regularly open, so anyone could bring their car in or walk right into the complex or your parked cars. The outside doors and doors into the building were also regularly broken, so if one wanted to, they could easily enter the campus and walk right into the apartment complex. Cleanliness: There was regularly dog feces and urine in the common areas of the apartment. This would last for 2-3 days before someone would clean it up. Trash would also regularly sit outside of people's doors. Management I moved in taking over a regular student's unit for the months of late May, June and July. I called the management before I moved to make sure I was in the system and that I had done everything I needed to do before moving in. The week of my move-in, I didn't receive any information about any new requirements to move in, yet I got a call and multiple messages asking me to pay for June, though May had been paid for, with the implied threat that I would be kicked out of the apartment. I paid for a parking pass, but I never received it. After going into the office multiple times, I was given one pass that didn't work. Eventually, after leaving my internship early in the day multiple times, I was given a code to get into and out of the gate (which wasn't always necessary since it was open all the time). There was also a bunch of random documents that just got sent via their online system with no explanation, despite me asking at the beginning of my move-in what I needed to do. At the end of my stay, I got charged an extra $100+ for damages to the apartment I did not do. One of the many documents I didn't have any idea of
