My Maintenance man, Dan is amazing at repairs! He had my dishwasher replaced immediately and fixed a few other issues around my apartment with a smile and ease. He is the best! He is always so very friendly when I see him around the apartments and makes it a habit to pet my furbaby, Malone.

I’ve had such a great experience with Brooke Mill\! From the moment I walked into the leasing office last Friday, everyone was so welcoming and had such positive energy\. Raven was absolutely amazing—she gave me a thorough tour, explained everything I needed to know, and got my application process started right away\. The entire process was smooth and stress\-free, and I received my approval within just three days\! I truly appreciate everyone who helped make this such a positive experience\. I've lived here for over 10 years, and I truly love calling this community home! The location is incredibly convenient, making everyday life so much easier. My kids absolutely love spending time at the pool, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond and does a fantastic job. Raven & Simina is especially amazing—she's always so friendly, helpful, and ready to assist whenever anything comes up. It's wonderful to live in a place where the staff genuinely cares about the residents. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
