Timber Ridge Apartments

So my friend died in my unit, the paramedics left blood stains on the carpet, i reported maintenance came and cleaned carpet but the blood just smeared, it never came up. I asked Selena if i could move to another unit upgrade or downgrade because i could no longer sleep there. I foind the person dead from heart attack. She told me nothing was available, which there were several open units. I asked her again and she said there were other issues that took precedence. I left an email to Kahuna and called, but to no avail, i literally was having a breakdown. I moved in may, received notification that i was due a refund, and it is now August and still no refund....called Selena several times, first she said the complex has No funds to release payment imagine that. 2 call, Selena said she would check into it, and she never returned call. 3rd call, i told Selena that i could sue up to 5 times security deposit, she placed me on hold and said that accounting said give them a few days and they would send. Still No Security Deposit. the apartments itself are old. I was there a month and a blue spark a boom and 2 eyes blew from my stove. Im scared to turn the stove on. I thinks it's been 3 weeks and noone has come to look at it. Im paying rent and eating out or microwaving because I'm not sure if I can use it. After over a month they swapped it out from another unit. I turned the water on in my bathroom and it leaks. I submitted a report and to no avail. I didn't receive a mailbox key for 3 months, and was told their payment failed that'swhy no keys. I just think that there is a skeleton maintenance crew. The community is very friendly, it's quiet and it's clean. People in the neighborhood has said that the only complaint is maintenance. I expect because these apartments are old that there would be issues I accept that, it's the time frame that bothers me. The landscaper is here every week like clockwork to mow and edge the grounds. I gave 1 stars not because of the problems, because I do understand that these are old apartments but because of the time it takes to address the issue just come and take a look and my security deposit issue. It is slowly becoming the projects

Won’t refund my deposit. Lived here for 4 years by myself. Basically never really there as a truck driver. But maintenance isn’t very responsive. Left the place decent and clean. But I’ve been gone going on 4 months and still haven’t been refunded my deposit due to ownership not having the money. The office ladies are cool given the circumstances. But I wouldn’t suggest moving if ownership can’t even afford to refund a deposit. Pretty sure they can’t afford to fix anything in a timely manner either then.

I've lived here for almost a year now. I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are comfortable and move-in ready. The management team is professional, friendly, and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Communication has always been clear, and it’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the residents and the overall quality of the property. I’m happy living here and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed place to call home. Maintenance is always on time with any issues to my apartment, only thing is, I haven't had any issues with my apartment. I love it here.
