I really had high hopes for this place. Even though there was no storage space, I assumed that since I wasn’t paying as much, I would get a storage unit. Instead, there have been nonstop small issues that never seem to get fixed. The communication is poor, and I’m not sure if the staff is extremely busy or just forgetful—but either way, it shouldn’t be a constant problem. Any time I speak up, it feels like they get upset, which makes things even more frustrating. It seems like you can hear every conversation and cabinet slam from your neighbors. And seems like neighbors dont care that they live in such close proximity to you and will blast music right outside your door. And in the house. So imagine living in the middle of two neighbors who like music and walls being paper thin. It's a nightmare! At this point, I honestly can’t wait to leave this place.

We love it here. You can’t beat the location and the community is clean, quiet and well maintained. Apartment is upgraded and kitchen is huge. If I could give the office staff 10 stars instead of 5, I would! Allison made our transition here seamless and truly went above and beyond all expectations!!!

My husband and I have lived here for almost two years and we have had an excellent experience! When we first inquired about the apartment Christina was very kind and helpful in answering all of our questions making the process very easy. Any time we have had a maintenance issue Mr. Frankie has taken care of it quickly. The community is quiet and the apartments are well maintained. Our time here has been very comfortable. Alison has been amazing since starting and the very minimal issues we had she handled quickly, kindly, and professionally. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a place to call home for a short period of time, or a long period of time!
