This is an amazing community. They are doing renovations in the clubhouse.Deyda and Shalonda are killing it in the office and are amazing at thier jobs. Always smelling and nothing throws them for a loop. They also have a new leasing agent,Mariah and she's on fire. Can't leave out maintenence as they are the hardest working maintenance team in Valdosta.

Wonderful experience! Deyda and the other Supervisor (I’m blanking on her name) Have been nothing short of incredible during this process. They have been so patient with all my questions and concerns. The apartments and condos on site are beautiful! The amenities are wonderful. I love how beautiful and well kept the property is as well as how wonderful the security is. I also love how easy getting set up for payments and other documents has been! I’m so incredibly excited to move into my home. I could not have done it without the help of the two ladies in the housing office have gone above and beyond for us! If you are looking for a place to live I encourage you to go Northwind Apartments and Condos!

I was able to tour the apartments virtually. Deyda was extremely helpful and thorough while providing the tour. She went above and beyond and helped me to complete the application as well. She guided me well throughout the process and answered all my queries with ease and utmost professionalism!

I had a great experience touring this apartment community. I’m new to Valdosta, so finding the right place was a big deal for me, and this ended up being the perfect spot. Deyda was an awesome tour guide — super friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Savanna in the office was also great and made everything really easy. They both made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartments are really nice, the community feels comfortable, and I’m honestly glad I chose this place. Excited to call it home!
