I have been without A/C in the middle of the summer heat for almost a week. I have been asking about the status of repairs and have gotten the run around with no answers. I have a child and we have been without an operating unit since Saturday. This is unacceptable. I pay entirely too much money to have portable A/C units throughout my house. My electricity bill I'm sure is going to be astronomical. If it is not given the proper attention as it should be if it was your own home, I plan to call my attorney. I want this addressed and taken care of immediately it was almost 100 degrees yesterday.

I had a great experience touring Artisan Station with Passion the leasing consultant. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to show me the unit, explain everything clearly, and give me multiple options without making me feel pressured. She made the entire experience comfortable and helped me feel confident about potentially moving forward with Artisan Station. I really appreciated her help and customer service.
