After experiencing a house fire, my girls and I were going through an incredibly difficult and stressful time. The property manager went above and beyond to support us, ensuring that my daughters and I were able to secure another unit quickly and with ease. Their compassion, responsiveness, and willingness to help made all the difference during such an overwhelming situation. I am truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism—thank you for making a hard time a little easier for me and my girls.

Been living here for about 2 months and I love it. Very quiet. Friendly neighbors. Everyone stayed to themselves. Maintenance is very quick with service. Property staff run a strict program I love. Front gate broke and was replaced within 2 days. I love the upkeep of the property. Also, the 2 bedrooms are huge.

I appreciate the politeness and professionalism that the staff displays. Mrs. Noble is great for this complex because she assures task get done. Corey is a great at his role in maintenance. The leasing office staff are always friendly when I go to the office to either use the computers or to enter the gym. Ms. J is very helpful and attentive, I appreciate her courtesy. I’m very pleased to be a resident here. I’ve been here now 6+ years.

What truly sets this place apart is the management and maintenance team.Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, they have responded and fixed the issue almost immediately! It’s such a relief knowing things are handled professionally.Furthermore, the leasing office is very fair and approachable. When negotiating my lease renewal, they were reasonable and worked with me to keep the price fair for the local market. More importantly, when I hit a rough patch, the staff was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and willing to work with me during hard times. After exploring other options, I chose to come back because of the professional management that all the staff provided. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and I truly appreciate the sense of comfort it provides. The management team, along with Ventron, has been professional and responsive, and the property manager Gabrelle Noble and asst manager Tonya Powell has been especially attentive and made my transition back very smooth. My leasing agent Yessenia Saenz, the resident coordinator Valeria Titsworth and maintenance rep Jamele have ALL been great as well and played a BIG part in feeling so welcomed. It feels good to be in a place where I can truly relax and feel at home. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and peaceful living environment.
