I made sure to write this review with as much clarity for any future renters. First, I applied for this property on September 2nd after a very nice tour with Kimberly. The units are nice, however I didn't tour the actual 2 bedroom. Kimberly sold me with the tour and the ambiance of the units. I applied shortly afterward. It took literally 14 days of the run around to basically get told "the unit is leased, but the sister property has available units" First, I was approved with conditions- conditions being a security deposit with "Leapeasy" nothing about this process was easy they used AI technology to communicate with you, apparently, it was communicated that I did not want to move forward EVEN AFTER I TOLD KIMBERLY AND SHOWED HER THAT THERE AI SYSTEM IS BULLSHIT AND I DID NOT COMMUNICATE THAT. During this timeframe Kimberly told me that they used 2 system for deposit, however I was never given the opportunity to get move forward with the second option. Kimberly also informed me that the unit had not been painted yet, and that she would look into using the other security option. After back and forth communication within 14 days , mainly with me initiating contact Kimberly calls me and inform me that they do not have any available units. Now if your looking to rent PLEASE don't waste your time.If your on a time limit of when you need to move PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I feel as if it was bullshit to begin with because if you knew you leased a unit why not be transparent if you knew that you didn't have one. PROCEED with caution because after you spend that 150 be prepare for slow moment. Also having one agent working in the office is just a red flag to begin with one person cannot possible do the job of 3 and it shows. I didnt want to move forward with the sister property because communication is everything and this community lacks communication and transparency.

Kimberly was amazing tour guide! Gave me so much information and knowledge on the community! I love it areas was clean , hall were clean and apartment were super spacious!

I had a great experience working with this rental lease contractor. They were professional, helpful, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and they made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental leasing service!
