If you are the only one in your unit renewing your lease, DO NOT. They will tax on all the utilities for all the bedrooms onto the one renewing resident for july- instead of taking the utilities themselves as an apartment. So you are basically getting punished for renewing by getting screwed over. My utility bill for the month of July was $120 because they said I had to pay the cost of all 4 bedrooms since my other roomates leases were up. Ridiculous! Do not renew here!

Don’t waste your time. Everything will beak, you will get random fees that you’ve never heard of. You’ll pay $100 more every month of what you think you should be paying they’ll find a way to squeeze it out of you weather its fees, electricity overcharges. Anything this place is a piece of shit

This place is shit don’t live here. Everything breaks once a month AC, WiFi, ice maker. Whatever it is. They’ll also overcharge you for electricity and just come up with bull shit excuses. This place and the people running it are terrible
