I've lived here ever since I moved to statesboro. I would love to leave but unfortunately when you sign a contract and you want to leave they force you to go out of your way to find someone to fill your contract, when it is their apartment and should be their own responsibility. OR theyll make you pay your WHOLE RENT DUE THAT LEASE TERM just to leave. If youre thinking about moving here, RUN!!! I just had to pay over 200 DOLLARS because they can't seem to fix their own AC units to something that isn't outdated, and then proceed to force everyone else to pay outrageous amounts because yknow you want to be comfortable in the summer? I'm for real, they told me to keep it at a CRISP 78 degrees in the MIDDLE OF SUMMER IN SOUTH GEORGIA. It's been over 100 degrees here and I dont know if you know this, but that would make my apartment around a cool 80 degrees. Overall, the management (the owner) does nothing about these issues and i would not recommend living here in the slightest. It's not worth the price. They rather sit in their cool front office and make everyone else suffer for wanting to be cool in the summer.

Had a great time living here. The office people are so sweet and accommodating. Quick to help with any maintenance issues and very clean. Overall a wonderful stay.

Was locked out of my apartment. There was a “$50 fee to get it open or call the locksmith”😐
