Disappointed in my experience with 1701 Chandler so far… Everything (and I mean everything) is some sort of additional fee. Those are fees that are in addition to the already inflated rent. We were promised something different and exciting when they announced this brand new property coming to Statesboro, but so far it looks like we were sold a lie.

Briana, Parker, and Amber were amazing! They were on top of everything, and I could tell they worked really, really hard to get everything done that we asked them to! (And we asked for a lot lol). I'm really excited to move in, knowing I have staff that I can rely on and talk to if I ever have any concerns. I'm also excited brecause have you seen the apartments?? Oh my goshhhh yes please! And a coffee store inside!? Please and thank you!!!

I had such a great experience with 1701 Chandler throughout my application and leasing process. The communication was amazing, and the staff truly made me feel valued instead of just another applicant. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Brianna for going above and beyond to help me. She pushed really hard and worked everything in her power to get my application approved, kept me updated throughout the process, and was always patient, professional, and understanding whenever I had questions or concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping future residents and making the process as smooth as possible. Even when there were complications and delays, Brianna stayed consistent, reassuring, and determined to help find solutions. That level of dedication honestly made all the difference in my experience.
