If you're like me and look for that one review about roaches before touring a complex, here it is!!!!! The leasing office did nothing about it, no matter how many times I complained. They were EVERYWHERE - and I lived in two buildings here, so it's not just one. The whole place is infested. One time they came to 'bomb the apartment,' and I could not answer the door because I was in the shower, and they left a note on my door that they completed the treatment when they never even stepped inside!!!! Absolutely disgusting

I am currently seeking legal counsel for years of horrible living conditions unanswered requests to fix bathroom floor from half job done contractor never returned to finish breathing problems of me and my daughter's from Black Mold growing all over especially all the vents so one or the other of us stayed sick plus 300 dollar rent hike for a gate that never works plus much more etc......
