Julitza, the maintenance team, and the leasing office team are all such a great help! I had an issue with my AC in my unit, and they all showed attention and care during the process. Overall, they’re great people, and I’m happy to be apart of community!

Latayia Allen was the leading agent that helped me today and she was nothing short of AMAZING! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to tour with. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was the main quality that caught my eye and I can’t wait to move here. The property was lovely, up to date, and Latayia was more than transparent with each and every concern and question that I raised while touring with her!!!

I enjoyed the leasing agent Latayia’s quick and complete tour of the property for my search of a 1-bedroom apartment in Smyrna. I was only in town for a few days to look at several properties and had to reschedule. Latayia easily accommodated my request. Some of the amenities she showed me are truly impressive like the new two-story gym. I used to live in the area and this property was among the top 3 of 16 locations I had visited the last 3 days. In the end I picked another location more conveniently located to areas important me. But I enjoyed and appreciate Latayia’s fun and lighthearted tour. Thank you!

I wanted to wait until I had been living here for at least 2 weeks before giving a review. Within 3 days of moving in a pipe broke (not my fault) and flooded the bathroom. Luckily I was home and able to put a bin to catch a lot of the water to prevent further damages. Maintenance was fast and have been with all my requests I’ve made. Within 2 weeks they’ve had to unstop the tub due to stagnant water (maybe from a previous tenant), fix the air x2 ( first time it smelled like rotten eggs and the second time due to cooling), and of course fix the ceiling due to the leak. Latayia in the rent office is great. The walls are EXTREMELY thin!!! Out of all the places I’ve lived this the worst. I hear my neighbors on each side of me except the bottom because there is no one below me 🙃. The people on top are the worst. In the bedroom it feels like they are in there with me. I can hear everything even with earplugs and they wake-up early 😭. The amenities are nice I like the garage, pool, and clubhouse. However the actual quality of the apartments are poor. Im ready to leave already. I promise I'm not one to only leave reviews when angry. This is an honest review.

AVOID THIS PLACE Disorganized and rude Management & Filthy Hallways My experience here was a nightmare, defined by a complete lack of property upkeep and management that simply does not care about its Tenants. The "Tour" Trap & Inconvenient Layout Beware when they show you an apartment. During the tour, they take a shortcut through the pool area to make the walk seem short from the garage. In reality, may be massive trek from the parking garage to your unit. This is especially frustrating because the building does not provide carts or dollies. If you have heavy packages or groceries, vou are entirelv on vour own no carts or dollies. Unsanitary Conditions • Filthy Hallways: The floors in the hallways are absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t unusual to see urine, shit, and cockroaches. My shoes and feet would be black at the end of the day just from walking back and forth to my apartment. THEN THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME AN EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE FOR THE CARPET AND TUB BECAUSE OF THE DARK SPOTS CAUSE BY THEIR HALLWAYS. NOT TO MENTION, THIS IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR BY ANY OTHER STANDARD. ESPECIALLY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE IT WAS CAUSED BY THEIR LACK OF MAINTENANCE. • The Pool: It is infested with mosquitoes. • The Gym: Constantly dirty and clearly not a priority for the cleaning staff. Constant Disruptions • Fire Alarms: The alarms go off constantly, often in the middle of the night, and they stay on for 20 minutes or more. • Noisy Parties: Management rents out the common spaces for private parties with zero oversight. These events go until the middle of the night or early morning with loud music and crowds, making it impossible to sleep. Management is rude, unhelpful, and has a terrible attitude. Also, instead of rewarding good tenants, they hit you with a rent increase every single year. This is the worst apartment have ever stayed in. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
