Office staff could care less that 2 out 3 washers don't work! Mind you there's 8 buildings why are tenants forced to use one washer?! Let alone why are there only 3 washers for a whole neighborhood? Complaints have been filed yet no one in the office has called to have anything fixed or replaced. Horrible management.

If I could give this complex zero stars I would. Everything is a joke, I'm not even sure where to start. Our dishwasher leaks constantly, after 4 maintenance requests to have it repaired. All the floors in the apartment are uneven, it feels like you're doing a mini hike walking from the kitchen to the hallway. Floors also creak horribly. Walls and floors are paper thin, our downstairs neighbors are blasting music at nearly all hours of the day and night (we're quite loud ourselves so this isn't the biggest deal to us but I can see it being a big deal to others). The tap water from every tap in the apartment was filthy for a solid month and a half. There's a roach problem that they downplay and pest control is unbelievably spotty, sometimes not showing up for months. Windows in one bedroom were also not working correctly on move in and still hardly work to this day (one window will not stay open and the other will fall out of the frame if not opened "correctly") after 3 maintenance requests. I can remember the pool being open MAYBE 2 weeks (not in a row) during the summer. As of July 2026 during the very high heat wave the pool has been open maybe 4 or 5 days There's washer and dryer hookups in unit but there's also a "laundry center" meant to serve, rough estimate, 64 apartments, and it's 3 washers and 3 dryers. That is, 3 each in concept because I can't think of one time during my lease duration that all six machines functioned at the same time. Always at minimum one out of order, and the ones that work don't work properly more often than not (it's a tossup whether the dryers have heat or the washers have a spin cycle). One washer has had standing water in it for at minimum the last 5 months of our lease. If you use the in unit hookups, be prepared to have nearly no storage because each hookup takes up one closet. The dumpster meant to accommodate TWO ENTIRE complexes doesn't get compacted on weekends, so if you take your trash out on a Saturday or Sunday chances are the dumpster is overflowing. On top of that people dump furniture next to the dumpster CONSTANTLY. The only benefits I can think of for this complex is the rent is cheap, the maintenance team is very nice, and the location is nice (the actual neighborhood has plenty of tree coverage and is landscaped often, and is within walking distance to a lot of businesses) Only move here if you can't afford anywhere else

Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the landlord/agent despite multiple attempts to make contact. The property appeared promising, but the complete lack of responsiveness made it impossible to proceed with any inquiries or viewings. For prospective tenants, I would recommend confirming availability and responsiveness before making plans.
