I don’t plan on moving right now, however, I ended up meeting the Assistant manager, Matthew J ,a few days ago on site while visiting the area of Cobb County- and WOW! I truly enjoyed meeting him for the brief moment. He was super kind and personable , his presentation/ appearance represents this complex very well. Any property would be so lucky to have a hard-working ,ambitious employee like this! 5 stars , thank you for being so kind 😀

I have a 4 year old child and 1 year old child that is danger here from very severe fire hazards of the electrical wiring throughout the apartments. As a former auditor of the bulk electric grid of North America, I know the maintenance team is installing cheap, low-grade residential receptacles. When I moved in 6 months ago, my whole living room apartment electricity stopped working. Tripping the circuit didn't work. I called maintenance and they brought an electrician out on 2 different occasions. They said it was weak receptacles. Weeks later they went weak again causing major fire hazards with my 2 sons and wife in this apartment. The maintenance team is not to be blamed. They have no part and just take orders from Matthew who sets the budget and decides property upkeep provisions and what is installed. I can't have maintenance and electricians constantly coming into my apartment all the time. Also the trash bin is central and rat infested. At my last apartments which were not "luxury apartments", they actually had a trash service pick up trash from your door (2 bag limit) at each apartment. I was a CIO for several actual commercial residential property management companies with actual luxury apartments. The standard of these apartments are no where near luxury but are marketed as so. If you work from home or have children, I do not recommend these apartments as the low rent is not worth the inconveniences, life hazards, and treatment from the Property Manager - Matthew.

We recently moved out after living here for two years, and we truly enjoyed our time in this community. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and beautifully landscaped with mature trees that make it feel very welcoming. The maintenance team was excellent—every request was handled promptly and professionally. A special thank you to Nia, who was always so kind and would often offer popsicles to my kids whenever we stopped by. The pool area was always clean and well maintained, and overall the apartment and community were wonderful. We are grateful for our time here and would highly recommend this community to others.

I lived here for a year, and overall my experience was honestly great. The biggest thing that stood out to me was how small and personable the community feels. The leasing staff is available every day of the week and was always helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. The two maintenance gentlemen work very hard to complete requests promptly. They’re friendly, always say hi, and were available on-call when I got locked out twice due to a faulty lock. They quickly ordered a replacement and installed a new one. They also replaced my water heater with no issues. If you call the leasing office about a request they follow up with the maintenance team to make sure it is prioritized. Lastly, the leasing office does a great job communicating and keeping residents informed through email updates. I ultimately had to move because I needed more space at a more affordable price, but overall I had a positive experience living here. The finishings on the deluxe units are very nice and your walking distance to the battery and restaurants. The only bad thing were the rats at the trash compactor :(
