Joanna specially& Kerina, are polite, understanding, caring & gave me excellent customer service. The Avonlea is an excellent community to live in & have privacy. It is in an area you will love. I love it .

This a beautiful place to live. Well maintained, quiet, clean, and friendly from staff to neighbors. The staff has high expectations for themselves and the community. Good harmony.

Our AC stopped working at midnight. We called the emergency maintenance which said that it was considered an emergency. We got an automated voice call back that said they’ll come in the morning. It’s 90 degrees in the apartment. So we called again and said there was a leak. Guy called back and said because it was 1 in the morning, he “didn’t feel like coming out to check on it and that he would come in the morning.” I let him know it was 90 degrees and he didn’t care. This was our first issue here and very concerning, definitely not the customer service we’re used to here. I think management needs to know what kind of late night maintenance they’ve got on staff, that’s why I’m leaving the review.

I lived at this community for a little over two years, and it has truly been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The front office staff is exceptional — CJ leads a highly professional, responsive, and friendly team that always made me feel supported. The property itself is beautifully maintained and genuinely feels like a resort, with a year‑round pool, well‑kept grill area, and clean, inviting common spaces. Maintenance was consistently impressive as well, with same‑day responses to every request I submitted. My time here was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home. I lived in the townhouse style unit 2bd 2bth

I live in apartment 4404 and someone has tried to break into my apartment a few times. The amenities are very outdated.
