Resumen de reseñas con IA
This community offers spacious, often newly renovated units that many residents find comfortable, with some praising the helpful and attentive on-site staff who work to resolve issues and maintain a positive living environment. However, a recurring concern among some students is the inconsistent communication from the office, making it challenging to get responses for inquiries, applications, or maintenance requests. There are also mentions of pest issues and some residents feeling that the rent increases don't align with the value or available amenities.

I applied for an apartment here and never received any response, not a single email from anyone. I only got the payment confirmation, but not even a message letting me know my application was being reviewed. I also called multiple times and no one answered. I’m an international student and was really interested in one of your units, so if someone could please reach out, I’d really appreciate it.

This place is ROACH infested!!! I’ve lived her a month and ready to break my lease! I kill more than 10 roaches daily and have complained to the office many times I haven’t even fully moved in because of the ROACHES! Hallways are dirty! Around the campus is dirty I wouldn’t pay a homeless person to stay here

Set up a tour. No one was at the apartment. Was told to call agent on duty. Phone number was disconnected. Don’t waste your time to tour this place.
