WARNING: THEY ARE CHARGING EVERYONE THOUSANDS TO REPLACE 7+ YEAR OLD CARPETS WHEN MOVING OUT. DON'T FALL FOR THE FREE MONTH DISCOUNT NONSENSE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. NOT luxury apartments. The management is the worst. They are constantly defending their horrible service while demanding the most from the residents. There is mold EVERYWHERE and the lease says you're responsible for maintenance instead of them. You can't take a walk without dog sh*t all over the lawn and the dog run is a giant toilet that they never cleanup. You will not get your deposit back when you move. Do NOT move here. It is a HELL HOLE.

This place is ridiculous. No one picks up their poop, the walls are super thin and you can hear everyone. There was mold on the ceilings and management did nothing about it. Then, they had the audacity to charge 2k because we turned our keys in ONE day early. Went to talk to them about it twice and they didn’t want to give any leniency even though it was brought up that they did nothing to address the mold in the apartment the entire time we stayed there. Trash is always backed up and it looks filthy. I do NOT recommend anyone live here.
