Beautiful apartments and well-kept communities. Upon arrival, staff were very nice and respectful and immediately assisted my husband and me. However, I'm reviewing the property 1 star solely because of communication. We were helped by Patrina, very sweet and made us feel welcomed, but towards the end of our application, we ended up getting denied (which wasn’t their fault). She told us she’d work with us to get us in or better assist us on at least a reason why. Patrina offered us to apply to a Guarantors website, and we were denied for that as well. Husband and I were feeling very discouraged by this point, and she promised she’d do everything in her power to get answers for us and call us back on a specific day; however, she did not. We called that day and were told she had no update and would call us; she never called us back to this day.

LOVED LOVED LOVED PATRINA’S energy. She really sold me the apartment before I even knew I wanted to move in. Can’t wait to live in this community.
