I have lived here for a month and in these four weeks the power has gone out twice (when there isn’t even a cloud in the sky so it isn’t due to bad weather) and I have been locked out of my apartment twice. Not due to me forgetting my key, because there are no keys. But, simple because the electronic system that opens the door just stops working randomly so no one could get in their building. (Also this is when the power WAS working) Everything is done through your phone so if your phone happens to die when you aren’t home then you literally can’t get in your building. On a different occasion I couldn’t get in their gate because that also stopped working. When I moved in my washing machine was broken and it took a week and a half for them to fix it. For how much I am paying in rent I would expect to at least have an apartment I can get into I with working AC in August.
