We’ve had a great experience at The Bowery. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that make it feel like more than just an apartment complex. The location is also incredibly convenient for getting around Savannah while still feeling tucked away from some of the busier areas. The staff has been welcoming, responsive, and helpful, which makes a huge difference when choosing a place to call home. We’ve especially appreciated the attention given to the property and creating a community that feels comfortable and inviting.

I love living here. It’s safe, secure, and not very far from Foresythe Park. Both Anay and Heather are very kind and helpful. And if I need anything that needs fixing, Dominique comes in a timely manner. It’s also very dog friendly

I had a wonderful experience touring! Heather was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me all the amenities, and made the entire process feel relaxed and enjoyable. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about making residents feel at home. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour if you’re looking for a new place to live!
