The exterior of the building is adorable; upon entering the building the reception area had beautiful decor. The lady leasing agent was welcoming & she was very thorough in explaining their requirements for applying for an apt.; she also gave me info on some apts nearby, since I am timid about applying online I decided to take her advice about the latter. Thank you so much for your help today.

Rats yes I said rats. I’d been living at this property for a year with little to problem is, though the office staff is extremely rude. Maintenance request were filled pretty tightly and once I’ve addressed the concern, the concern have been taken care of about a month ago. I found out that they were rats living in my apartment. I have put in work order after work order. I have had the exterminator come out to which he told me he could do nothing about it. keep in mind this is the exterminator hired by the property. I have put up several traps thinking that the issue had been resolved naïvely yesterday I find out that there’s another rat in my apartment and that my apartment has a rat infestation. I pay my rent on time Never address anyone in a rude manner yet I am constantly addressed in a rude manner by office staff. It is getting to the point where the infestation has gotten so bad I do not feel comfortable living in the house that I am currently paying for. I have also spoken to the corporate office and lost a complaint to which I’ve never heard anything back about. Do not move here. The glory of Savannah is not the place for you my very first ever apartment has rats and no one is doing anything to help. last but not least I hate the office staff here I’ve come to them several times and put in several work orders and office staff orders to get help and every time I go there they say that no one has informed them of this issue. Well, if you’re reading this, you’ve been informed.
