This apartment keeps repainting a white sidewalk outside of the main entrance and when it rains, it becomes extremely slippery and there is no sign or any warning of this. I twisted my ankle last night walking on this sidewalk after it rained this apartment is lucky that I don’t have the time or capacity or mental energy to send hate mail or a lawsuit because this is extremely dangerous. Imagine someone’s grandma trying to walk on the sidewalk they would definitely displace their entire hip and have lifelong consequences, especially if they have osteoporosis or any other pre-existing health conditions. This is a detriment to the community and a threat to everyone’s safety. Please reconsider your actions and consider making a warning sign or using different paint/materials to make the sidewalk have more grip. I am very angry and very disappointed in this. How dare this apartment advertise themselves as a luxury apartment with premium apartment rent pricing while trying to break everybody’s bones.

This is such a beautiful property with everything you could ever need in an apartment. Molly, the property manager, is amazing and made sure my move-in process went smoothly. The location in Midtown is also fantastic!
