The property has improved tremendously since the new management has taken over and appreciate all the work they put in including the wonderful event for the kids with all the thought and effort that was put into bringing the community together! Thank you for all you do!

The application, interview and leasing process was very easy and the apartment manager was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I have an ESA dog and she was very quick to reassure me that his therapists letter was accepted and passed by the management company. I've been here since March and no complaints about the apartment at all. The only reason the apartment does not get full five stars is because it seems a few tenants are ignorant to the fact that this property is accepting of animals. I ensure I clean after my dog and have him leashed religiously. I do see where this doesn't happen with other tenants and that's unfortunate.Yet when I'm outside there are certain tenants that make a loud foul mouth scene (after I walk away) about animals being there. If you're not tolerant of a leashed dog with a responsible owner my suggestion is to move elsewhere. Management may need to reiterate that animals are allowed on the property and should be cared for responsibly. Funny enough when men walk their dogs I don't hear the same complaints.

This place is Brilliant the office manager is the absolute best in the world, like she lays it down for the Company and even more for her Residents . The maintenance guys are awesome too
