This community offers good value and a convenient location, just minutes from downtown and local beaches, with a generally positive social atmosphere among residents. However, some common concerns include slow maintenance response times, occasional issues with pest control, and an older laundry facility that could benefit from updates.

Don't move here; the place is really bad—there are rats and cockroaches. The manager doesn't care about anything; as far as he's concerned, everything is fine. When you go to him to report problems or issues with the apartment, you have to insist and pressure him to get anything fixed; it can take up to two or three months. The laundry room is a disaster—only two washers and two dryers work, and it’s always filthy and full of trash, just like the surrounding areas.

Great value, nice community minutes from Downtown and beaches. Dawson is the best property manager I have met. He was truly a blessing to me when I needed help, and came through in the clutch!
