Wayfern Apartments

Overall, I’ve had a great experience living at Wayfern. From the maintenance team to the leasing staff, everyone has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Every request I’ve had has been handled quickly, and every interaction has been a positive one. I especially want to recognize DeRico Tilley, who I’ve worked with quite a bit during my time here. He has consistently gone above and beyond to provide the support I’ve needed and has always been friendly, attentive, and willing to help. If you’re considering an apartment at Wayfern, I would definitely recommend giving it a shot. The level of service and support from the team has made my experience here a great one.

I had an amazing apartment tour with Azzaria. She was very pleasant, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire tour. I asked a lot of questions and she took time to answer each one thoroughly. She was also very accommodating when I wanted to go back and view the apartments a second time. Azzaria provided excellent customer service and made my experience enjoyable!

I recently moved in and had a wonderful experience. The community itself is nice, clean and peaceful and the common areas are beautiful. Azzaria was amazing! I visited at least three times before deciding on my unit. Each time, she was warm, friendly, patient and extremely helpful with answering any questions. Both she and Justin are top notch. The team responds quickly and guided me through the process with ease, which made my move a lot less stressful. I believe I made a great choice and I’m very happy to call Wayfern home!

We were one of the first residents to live in the complex. While it does have some nice amenities and the sound from other neighbors is almost nonexistent, when we moved in, we had soot on all the cabinets and switch plates. They did not prepare the place for cleanliness. Most importantly, however, is the fact that every 2 weeks I need to clean, the bathroom, and kitchen faucets. As you will see in the attached photos, I have to scrape underneath where the water comes out from, and this is what comes out. I did call the water inspector, and they claimed it is “normal”. She did recommend to the leasing office to change the faucets. They have not. They have, however, changed the shower head and kitchen faucet once. According to maintenance, they are recommending that residents clean all faucets and shower heads every 2 weeks. Keep in mind, we have older residents. I also tested the water, and the results were normal. I will not have my cats or us drink from the water. I won’t even use it filtered. So, we are spending a lot of money on bottled water. I wish there was a solution to this problem. But, management does not seem it an issue.

Very beautiful and clean community in the perfect location! I toured with Fabrina and she eagerly took my walk in tour after my last tour cancelled. I’m so happy they cancelled because I love the unit I applied for and I’m so excited to move in!
