BEWARE! This community violates pet policies and allows aggressive breeds in the building lease. This man lives here and has one of the most vicious pit bulls I have ever seen and the community is not doing anything about it. This dog almost attacked us today and bit his owner while he was trying to calm him. The owner has no training experience and should not own this potentially deadly animal. If anyone in this community gets bitten, the property manager Erica was aware and did not do anything. Therefore, if you get bitten by this dog by this man(pictured) AND you live at the Margo, you can sue the company and this dog owner for civil liability and claim compensatory and punitive damages caused by this dog and the negligent property management. Good luck! Update: this man has bought a cheap service dog vest off of the Chewy website to pass this dog off as safe!! No service animal lunges and goes after other animals on a public elevator. All people in this area beware and protest t your children and fur babies!!!! This is a VICIOUS dog!!!

First of all I wanna say Isabel is amazing, she has assisted me from the beginning and anytime something is wrong I can tell Isabel and it will get handled in a timely manner, she does a great job! Erika also kept me updated when I had issues with my washer and dryer every step of the way. I truly appreciate the communication and fast reaction to all problems thus far.

The Margo has been an excellent community and location for me. I have lived in the community for 5 years and still loving my experience.

I've had a great time living at The Margo. The community is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond and helpful when needed. Overall, it's been a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend it.
