The Addison at Sandy Springs

DO NOT MOVE HERE these apartments. For a couple of weeks my apartment has been filled with moisture which can lead to black mold huge health violations I contacted the property manager, went down to the leasing office in person NO ONE has did anything about it. My clothes in my closet feels damp my carpet feels wet my apartment smells like straight mildew. I am highly upset I have been getting sick from being in my apartment. There is also several maintenance problems in my apartment the closet doors to my laundry completely broke off ,my bedroom windows doesn’t shut all the way so bugs have been coming in my room the oven doesn’t get hot and smells like straight gas when you turn it on while making a concerning sound, my kitchen sink has been leaking for months no one has fixed it they keep closing my work orders without actually fixing the problems. Do not waste your time here you will be fighting to get any assistance!

I have had a great experience with the maintenance team at The Addison at Sandy Springs. They are always prompt, professional, and courteous. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been completed efficiently, and they make sure the job is done right. It's reassuring to know that the team is dependable and takes pride in providing excellent service. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to keeping the community well maintained.

I honestly don’t understand the point of paying $20 a month for valet trash when the dumpster area looks like this almost all the time. Trash is constantly overflowing, piled up on the ground, and left sitting for days. It’s unsanitary, attracts pests, creates unpleasant odors, and makes the community look neglected. Residents are being charged for a service that’s supposed to help keep the property clean, but instead we’re greeted by scenes like this on a regular basis. If management is going to require everyone to pay for valet trash, they need to ensure the trash is actually being collected and the dumpster area is maintained. This is unacceptable for a property that expects residents to pay additional monthly fees. I hope management addresses this issue because it’s been an ongoing problem and reflects poorly on the community.

Though the process has been a little bumpy with some technical difficulties, we were able to move in, and have had no issues since. Pamela has been absolutely amazing in helping us get settled in and helping us through those technical difficulties. Makes me feel a lot better knowing she’s at the leasing office. Maintenance has also been extremely quick to fix things.

I had two tickets. The ticket for the AC unit is being handled, although it took a very long time for a response. The ticket for the clothes washer was answered at the same time. The washer was reset, however, I am experiencing the same issues that I had before. I cannot use the clothes washer and will have to continue going to the laundromat until it can be fixed properly.
