I have great experience with their staff. The office person Emily provides great customer service and gives her time to help with the paperwork issues we have had. Maintenance staff also is prompt to respond to tickets. We just renewed the lease for 12 months.

I want to recognize Genesis for the outstanding job she does managing our community. She is professional, hardworking, responsive, and genuinely cares about us residents. No matter how busy things get, she always takes the time to address concerns, answer questions, and make sure issues are resolved promptly. Thank you for your hard work!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really wanted to for these leasing agents, Miguel and Genesis, because they were honestly amazing. From the start, Miguel and Genesis were super nice and easy to talk to. They actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t just show random apartments. Every place they showed me felt like something I would actually like, which was really cool. They also made everything way less stressful. Finding an apartment can be confusing, but they explained things in a simple way and answered all my questions really fast. I never felt ignored or rushed. One thing I liked a lot was that they didn’t try to pressure me into picking something. They just wanted me to find a place that felt right for me, and that made a big difference. By the end, I found a place I really love, and the whole process was way easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend Miguel and Genesis to anyone looking for an apartment.

I moved a while back and the roach infested units are terrible, the property manager even worse. From the rude attitude, to being on FaceTime, to the her office smelling like week, to music blasting AS I’m trying to express my issues was truly unacceptable. Genesys was truly rude and very arrogant even when my concerns were addressed.

I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! Kelly and Genesis in the leasing office are amazing — they consistently provide outstanding customer service and clear, prompt communication. They truly make the leasing experience smooth and welcoming. The maintenance team is also fantastic and completes service requests quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet, well-kept, and everyone is friendly, which makes it a great place to call home. I highly recommend this community!
