This is a deed restricted homeowners only community. If someone is trying to "Rent" you a unit, it's a scam! You will considered an "illegal renter" and will be removed. We do have a few that still need to be removed as they are renting through LLCs, which is against our bylaws. One of which has become such a problem that a restraining order had to be sought after her. There are a few feral cats that are actually "community cats" that are registered to this property. They are protected by law and have the same rights as any house cat. They are in the TNR program. Therefore they are fixed, vaccinated, and then returned to the property as community cats. They are good mousers. And they don't bother anyone. *Be advised that an Animal Cruelty charge is now a 5yr minimum felony With all that being said, sadly, there are a few people that have threatened these cats and these people are menace to most of their neighbors, unless you're paying them to walk your dogs. One of these men has also had several people have felt the need to pursue a restraining order against them due to his threats and harassments of multiple people in this community and these cats. These people should be removed ASAP, as it's against our bylaws to be threatening and harassing the other residents, including these cats. I love this development. There are many greenspaces which are tended to by the hoa. I have owned my unit since 2009 and have found it to be located in one of the best communities in Atlanta.
