Calibre Springs Apartments

I've been here going on a year and I've enjoyed the experience. The office staff has been helpful and they're fast to notify residents of any issues. It's a wooded area so there's the occasional insect but you can have pest control come take care of that weekly.

Seems like the cheaper the apartments are, the worse the conditions are. No, I’m a resident and definitely not a perspective anymore. I’m looking to relocate to Ga and currently looking at apartments. I was looking here, but after the reviews, I’ll pass.

Very poorly ran apartment complex. Pool is constantly down. Maintenance is not kept up in general. Management does not appear to be competent.

Poor maintenance operations, I’ve been left with no central AC for two months without clear communication nor compensation. If AC is not a priority in the Georgia summer they must not care about tenants.
