There are a lot of issues from the apartments to the staff. Clearly nobody actually cares to put their best foot forward. People pay a lot of money to be here. Still waiting on that “gated community.” Guest house is also always trashy. Bathrooms are disgusting. Hand soap? Nah. It’s hand soap that run out and they put water in it. No wonder this place has so many vacancies. Do better. We pay good money to be here.

I am extremely disappointed with the management and maintenance service at this apartment community. My AC has not been working for over a week, and although I was promised it would be repaired by midweek, it still has not been fixed. Despite calling every day—often multiple times—I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. I explained that I have not been feeling well, have elderly sick parents staying with me, and that the excessive heat has made it difficult for us to sleep or even prepare meals comfortably. I shared how urgent this situation is, but my concerns have been ignored. What has been most disappointing is the lack of professionalism. Instead of showing empathy or providing timely assistance, management has been dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. No resident should have to repeatedly chase basic maintenance for something as essential as air conditioning, especially during hot weather. I hope management takes responsibility, improves its customer service, and resolves maintenance issues in a timely and respectful manner.
