Roaches 🪳 even with pest control that comes every 3 weeks. *MOLD*!!! No maintenance staff. Mail/ package issues. Trashy grounds. No “Gym”. Just a treadmill in a hallway. Pool is infested with drama- Not a relaxing environment. Also for the cherry on top- the entirety of the property is currently for sale/ under potential foreclosure. Property is NOT as pictured. Very “ran-down” in comparison.
