I cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment complex! I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’m so sad to have to leave. The staff are on top of maintenance requests and taking care of any concerns you may have and all of them are genuine and kind people! I also have yet to meet an unfriendly neighbor! Upon moving in, the apartment was squeaky clean and looked like new! It’s a quiet complex with great amenities and a coziness that feels like home!! I’m gonna miss it so much. Thank you Eastland for the most perfect place to call home for the last 2 years! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

This is one of the best apartment communities in Rome! I have nothing but positive things to say about Eastland Court! Management has always been welcoming, friendly and helpful! From the applying process, to the move-in process, to my experience of being a resident there for a year has been awesome. The environment is quiet, which is my favorite part! Making a maintenance request is seamless via the portal and you are updated on the progress of the request via text which, is another plus! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Rome, I highly recommend!

Eastland Court Apartments is a beautiful place to live in the hills of Rome, GA! We have lived there for almost 10 years (2 different apartments) and they have the best manager, maintenance personnel and landscaping crew available. We moved away to be closer to work and then returned a few years later. It seemed like home! The apartments were perfect, the grounds always looked beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. If we return to Rome soon, we will go back to see Brittney, Sam and all of the great folks at Eastland Court! Our Yorkie, Sophie, loved to stroll around and greet everyone at Eastland Court!

I absolutely love living at eastland court! Management is very friendly, kind, and very responsive to everything I need to ensure I am taken care of. All of the neighbors are kind and it truly feels like a welcoming place to enjoy living! I have two dogs and they enjoy being here as much as I do. It’s a very clean neighborhood and with it being a gated community, I feel extra safe!
