My apartment is flooded for the 4th time in the 2 months I've lived here. There's standing water in the living room and the carpet in the bedroom is soaked and smells awful 😖 Don't rent here.

The new maintenance guy that I’ve been seeing around does a really great job. He’s very nice and makes the environment great. I think his name is Seth
