The units are nice they have space to make your unit your own the bedrooms are spacious as well

I really had a great experience here, with both Candace and Terry. They were both very professional. They made my move-in process very easy. I wanted a patio apartment and they showed one to me and I liked it and that was the one that they gave me. Thank you so much for your help. My Service dog loves the yard. I’m just so happy to have the creek behind my property. I’ve been walking my dog for three years in Pine Lake, so I’m so happy now to be able to live here.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I was moving from MD to GA and was frequently speaking with the leasing office before the move. I had done everything except sign the lease before I left for Pine Lake. I gave them the time I thought I would be arriving, but they knew it could vary since I was driving such a long way. So my father and I drove thirteen hours with all of my possessions (and my cat and dog) to Affinitee at Pine Lake. My drive took a little longer then I thought it would. I called the leasing office 12 times throughout my drive to notify them of a late arrival; no one answered or returned any call. I sent two emails, neither of which got a response. When I arrived, the leasing office was closed and empty, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone from Affinitee at Pine Lake. I finally got ahold of the 24/7 maintenence line where someone told me that the apartment I came to lease wasn't actually available. It was around 7:00 pm when I found this out. Since I clearly wouldn't be moving into my apartment that day, I had to get a hotel room for myself and my dad and my pets for the night. I received an email the next morning from the leasing manager at Affinitee at Pine Lake informing me that the issue regarding my apartment had just been brought to their attention and that the apartment was indeed not available. Additionally, the manager said that they had someone scheduled to work the previous day (my move in day) and were unaware that she did not show up for her shift. I was in shock. I still am. They had no clue that they only person scheduled to work in their leasing office didn't show up. They had no idea that the apartment I was supposed to lease wasn't available to lease. Frankly, they didn't really seem that concerned about it. The only helpful people were the maintenance personnel who helped me figure out what was going on. They did offer for me to tour and lease a different apartment and get half rent for two months. I decided that I couldn't live in a place that effed up my move in so bad. I couldn't trust them with my living situation at all. I had no other place to go in the Atlanta area; so that next day I had to turn around and drive another 13 hours back to Maryland. This was at the end of November. I've been calling and emailing Affinitee at Pine Lake, along with their property management company, requesting reimbursement for the money that was wasted due to Affinittee at Pine Lake messing up in sooo many ways. I haven't been able to reach anyone and no one will get back to me via phone or email. I'm so angry and frustrated. Since no one will respond to me, I'm going to have to take them to court, which is gonna be expensive and suck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY ON THIS PLACE

I just finished my tour at Pine Lake. I am loving the neighborhood! This apartment is giving cozy, nature, and warming feels. The leasing team was super informative and very accommodating. In comparison to the other properties I visited this week in search of my new home.

My mother has been without AC for the past 2 weeks and two days. I help my mother fill out a work form months ago for the vinyl floor and the toilet to get replaced. I went to the rent office and spoke to the supervisor and he mentioned he doesn’t see any work orders. Last week the fixed the toilet but never replaced the vinyl flooring for the bathroom and THE AC. If you plan on living here be prepared for things not to get fixed in it’s entirety.
