The New Staff is a different company that has taken over the property. Very good service and very helpful to the residence. I recommend you visit the community and meet the New Staff.

The trash service here has been very disappointing. The trash from my unit is not being picked up regularly, yet I am still being charged for this service. If I have to take my own trash out every day because it isn't being collected, then what exactly am I paying for? I expect management to either provide the trash service consistently or reconsider charging residents for a service that isn't being properly provided. Hopefully management addresses this issue soon.
