Constant plumbing issues, non-responsive staff, especially the leasing office. The property manager David is the only one who cares. These evicted tenants belongings have been outside over 72 hours now blocking the rest of the paying tenants from parking. Real classy.

I moved in and after a year the air started getting funky. I check the vents and it’s mold all up and through it. I tell the leasing office, the lady says “it looks like that’s been there.” So then even more of a reason to speed up on fixing it. Then they hire somebody to fix it and they don’t do their job properly so they have to hire somebody else to come fix it. Trick is they don’t know what time they are coming so they say maybe Friday or Monday. Then they pop into your apartment talking to you through the shower saying “maintenance is here!” Mind you they need you to leave the apartment during this procedure and I had no set time when they could appear. Go up to the leasing office to talk about that obviously because per the lease you’d have to let us know 24 hours before entering, they say “are you done yet?” and that’s it. Don’t get me started on the creepy maintenance man. That would be the second time he entered into the apartment like that. The first time he heard me in the bathroom and still opened the door, no knock or anything. Now i’m waiting to get my shower fixed because the water won’t come out of the shower head. This same maintenance man sits outside in his car for about 15 minutes then drives off. Then I get an email saying somebody else will be fixing the issue. Overall the most unprofessional front desk staff and I don’t recommend living here if you care about living in a clean and healthy environment.

Nicole was nice, when I was talking to her in person about renting an apartment. When it was time to do the application, I had questions and gave Nicole a call for the first time and she answered, but the way she answered my questions she sounded condescending, which was rude. The second time I called her, when I had more questions, she didn't answer and I left a voice message, with no call back from her. Unprofessional. Do not rent here.
