If you’re looking or interested in this complex, please continue to look forward. I have been here for two years plus and have had nothing but horrible experiences with the property very low maintaining it little to no effort to communicate last year, I experienced the pool being shut down due to not being able to be kept up with now. We are on year two and we are having the same issue although it was open while the pool looked the way it did in the picture below to get anything done around here plan on doing it yourself or wind up moving out. I’ve reached out to property multiple times to try to figure out what was going on with all the amenities as in the car wash the pool the unkept up dog park and yet nobody has any answers or they refer me to find their property management on their page so that I could reach out to them to figure the solution. Had id know prior to signing a lease? That this is what I was going to be paying for I would’ve definitely ran not 10 but 20 steps away. Do not let their advertising for you. Please come in and take a look for you for yourself! Apparently on they’re hours and when they want to work.

I do not recommend living here!! 😡 Paying rent that's anything but cheap and not having access to the pool; it's been almost half summer and it's still "under repair." Anyway, my contract is ending soon and of course I don't plan on renewing. This has been the worst management in almost six years of living here.

I am very disappointed with the pool situation. The pool has been closed since June 2 for what management says are maintenance reasons, and it still has not reopened. It is frustrating to pay for amenities that are advertised as part of the community and then be unable to use them for such an extended period of time. I even called today to ask and had been told it was open today and the rest of the week, to my surprise I had my kids all dressed up and excited with their pool toys and it was completely closed. Had to return with my kids crying. Will not be renewing the lease on September.
