I moved in a few months ago and for the most part it has been very quiet, safe, and the maintenance /staff have been pleasant. The rent is not bad at all for the area, I honestly excepted it to be higher due to the rise in the prices of rent, food, gas, and etc. However, it been a blessing for me and my family so I am happy, in addition we are close to so many shops, Marta, and job opportunities, and the highway. And to be honest I was not aspecting much but I can say I have gradually made this apartment a luxury apartment for me. I have maintenance and emergency maintenance (24 hr ), I have a beautiful neighborhood and community, I am close to Marta if I need it, close to a vast amount of shops, jobs, and etc. One of the best decisions I have made in a long time.

I've lived here since 2023 and left in 2025. This is a great starter apartment. But please listen to the reviews. I've never had no real issue with Shaun. These apartments are not renovated, but they honestly have some decent features that many apartments lack. Such as a washer/dryer hookup, pantry, and closed-off patios. They keep the grounds clean on the facility. Maintenance for me was quick. BUTTT I've had a lot of maintenance requests since I've lived here. The water heater broke and drenched the hallway carpet, the thermostat needed to be replaced. Our shower had mold in it and maintenance said it needed to be "cleaned," and calk was placed on it. The shower tiles ended up broken and behind it was MOLD behind the wall. Check your windows when you move in cause they dont close. When we moved into the unit W/D doors were never replaced. So when we moved in, I made a request. They fixed but it was still broken. So when it broke fr and the cheap ahh panels fell out they tried to charge 150 for it when it was never initially fixed. They did repaint and place wood over the majority of the complex outside which is cute but its still not considered a renovated complex. Dont get me started on the pool. Your not allowed to bring guest or even grill on their premises. The pool guy is a messs. So. overall 3 stars cause it aint too bad and I neverrrr had any bugs or insects in the unit. Esp for what I was paying for a 2b 1b.
